Akhmeem, Sohag
Kamal al-Deen ‘Ali bin Muhamad bin Jafar bin Abd al-Zahir was born (May God be Pleased with him) 638 AH and was a companion of the Sheikh Abu al-Hajaj al-Aqsury when he was in Qus.
He passed through a phase of blind divine love and returned again to a state of stability. He became a companion of the Sheikh Ibraheem bin Mudad Aljabary who is buried at Bab Al Nasr in Old Cairo. Kamal then returned to Akhmeem where many benefitted from him. He passed in the year 701 AH.
