Location: Meet Kinana – Markaz Tookh
The Sayyid Sinjir’s lineage goes back to Imam Zayd al-Ablaj, son of Imam al-Hasan, grandson of the Emissary of Godﷺ. Master Sinjir travelled from Hejaz to Egypt where he settled in a place now known as “Meet Kinana” in Qalyubeyya. The word “Kinana”comes from the name of an Arabian tribe called Kinana al-Arabiya. Sayyid Sinjir is the great grandfather to the enlightened Shaykh Hasanayn al-Husafy.
